Work with a committed and active Board of Directors, dedicated clinicians and support staff to manage the Center’s programs.
Job Description: Work with Board of Directors to guide the mission of the Children’s Speech & Reading Center (CSRC). Supervise clinical and support staff for the provision of quality speech-language and reading services.
Essential Duties:
• Supervise the clinical and support staff
• Participate in development of agency annual budget
• Provide input for agency management (financial development, programs, and community education)
• Coordinate funding for diagnostic and treatment services
• Provide some direct clinical services
Qualifications:

ASHA CCC, Masters in speech-language pathology
Five years of experience in pediatric communication disorders
Supervisory experience
Experience in program management and development (desirable)

Salary and Benefits
$48,000-52,000
Benefits package includes paid vacation, health insurance, 401k, 9 paid holidays
